3 STEPS TO YOUR ICONIC TWO-PART POUR

1. CONNECT

Open a cold NITROSURGE can - refrigerate your cans for 24 hrs for optimum temperature and taste - then line up the nozzle with the can opening.
Once lined up correctly, press down firmly to attach the NITROSURGE device and begin your iconic two-part pour.

2. ACTIVATE

Press the power button - the Guinness Harp will illuminate to indicate the NITROSURGE device is ready for use.
The precision ultrasonic transducer will begin pulsing with a specifically tuned wavelength & frequency to begin the iconic Guinness surge.

3. POUR

Hold the NITROSURGE device horizontally, tilting your glass to a 45° & begin the pour. Fill your glass 2/3, straightening the glass as it fills.
Leave to settle for 60 seconds, then tease the last few drops into the creamy domed head. And enjoy.

NITROSURGE DEVICE

Pulsing at the heart of each NITROSURGE device is an ultrasonic transducer, with a specifically tuned wavelength and frequency to create the iconic Guinness surge. The NITROSURGE device is finely tuned to create perfectly formed nitrogen bubbles, keeping the surge and flavour of beautiful, great tasting Guinness for every pour.

NITROSURGE CANS

Not your ordinary can, specially designed NITROSURGE Guinness cans are designed for use exclusively with the NITROSURGE device. Take control of the iconic Guinness surge and settle and craft yourself a perfectly domed pint from the comfort of your own home – or wherever you enjoy your Guinness.

The Nitrosurge user guide

1. Device cleaning

For best results, rinse the unit under the tap before and after use.

2. Attach

Open the can slowly, then align the nozzle to the can opening and push the device firmly into place as shown.

3. Activate

Push the button once to activate. The Harp illuminates when the device is on. To cancel the activation, push the button a second time.

4. Begin

Hold the glass at 45° and raise the can to a horizontal position to begin pouring.

5. Rotate

As the beer flows, gradually rotate the can and glass together until the can is at 45° and the glass is vertical.

6. Pause

Stop pouring when the glass is ¾ full.

7. Settle

Allow the pint to settle for about 60 seconds while you enjoy the experience of the iconic surge and settle.

8. Complete

Without lifting the glass off the table, angle the Guinness NITROSURGE can at 45° to slowly top up the glass. This will form the classic Guinness domed head.
